Presidí ENARSA, la empresa de energía del Estado argentino; fui director suplente por el Estado en CAMMESA, la administradora del mercado eléctrico mayorista; y negocié los acuerdos energéticos binacionales con Bolivia, Brasil, Venezuela y Chile.

More than twenty years in the Argentine and Latin American energy sector. I led ENARSA, Argentina's state-owned energy company; I represented the State on the board of CAMMESA, the wholesale electricity market administrator; and I negotiated the bilateral energy agreements with Bolivia, Brazil, Venezuela and Chile.

I integrate artificial intelligence tools into the analysis of regulatory frameworks, the processing of market data and the review of technical and contractual documentation. I also use them to assess AI-based solutions for optimizing and forecasting energy flow in smart grids. As a working method, this shortens the distance between the data and the recommendation.
